By using Servicely App, you accept the terms and conditions described in this Privacy Policy.

While using Servicely App, we may be using third party software and/or service for various needs, inter alia, in order to collect and/or process the information detailed herein (the "Third Party Service Provider"). Note that these are independent software and/or service providers and we do not take any liability about the information collection policies of these providers, or about any kind of issue, legal or otherwise, relating thereto.

We may also provide additional Servicely-related services, including on-demand Servicely services, provided by our third-party operational service partners (as they may evolve from time to time at our discretion).

1. What Information We Collect from You

We collect and process information from your device in several ways, including:

Once you have given us your consent to track your location, we keep track of your location and movement, including your latitude, longitude and time. The collection of location data only happens while Servicely App is in the foreground (unless explicitly stated otherwise by Servicely App) and if you have granted Servicely App access to your device's location services. We collect your preferences, including favorite routes, saved locations and other personal customizations such as the "Finding Nearest Service Provider". We also automatically collect usage details each time you use Servicely App, including the country of origin, the searches you make, the routes you interact with, the type of phone or OS you are using, etc. We collect your name, phone number, email address, CNIC information, business center information, physical location, and payment related information. We collect your name, phone number, email address and other information you may provide when using the "Send Feedback" feature in the Settings view. When using that option, a "debugging info.txt" file is automatically attached to the email body and contains contextual information (such as your current location, device type, OS version, etc.) that help us address issues you may be reporting. Servicely mobile application (Servicely app) may also access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your mobile device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips. We collect contact information (email and/or push notification token) when you explicitly request to be notified when Servicely App supports a new market. When hiring service provider from Servicely in supported cities, we collect your name, phone number, GPS location, physical address, email address, payment information (if any), and other elements necessary to complete a transaction.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use information collected from or provided by you for the following purposes:

Provide you with pertinent services information for nearby service providers. Understand your preferences so that we can customize Servicely App for you, such as recommending personalized booking options. Measure usage of Servicely App, including usage of specific features and views; Generate real-time location data of Servicely users/Service provider and broadcast the user's location and measure the distance between user and service provider; Securely transfer your payment information and user credentials to mobility operators to provide you access to their services(if applicable) ; Develop and improve Servicely App based on your feedback and interactions; Guide product development and build new features; Conduct research on users' habits and how they use Service provider; Identify and correct bugs and other problems with Servicely App; Respond to your emails and help with support queries; Subject to your consent, keep you posted from time to time on latest announcements and additional information; Comply with law and regulations and lawful requests or orders.

3. Users Options

The following are some examples of your options with regard to collection, use and disclosure of your information:

You can stop all collection of location data easily and at any time by disabling location services in your device's settings or by uninstalling Servicely App. You can provide anonymous feedback by using an email account that does not reveal your identity and does not include your name. You can also manually remove the "debugging info.txt" attachment file from the email"s body if you do not want to share such contextual information with us. You can unsubscribe at any time by send us email provided in contact us section in app.

4. Disclosure To Third Parties

We do not disclose your information to third parties without your explicit consent except for the following purposes:

In case you request assistance with the use of Servicely App, we might share such request, including your contact information, with a third party directly involved in the issue (i.e. if you inform us over email that certain Servicely schedules in the app are outdated, and we forward this message to the applicable Servicely Providers). When you purchase services from a third party (e.g. a mobility operator) through our app, we will share the information required to ascertain your lawful use of those services (including tokenized payment information, relevant personally identifiable information, and any relevant location data). For example, if you purchase a public Servicely ticket, we may share the time and location where you purchased that ticket in order to ensure that no fraudulent tickets have been sold.

In case of a prospective business transaction, you agree that Servicely App may disclose anonymous and aggregate information to another corporation in order for the parties to determine whether to proceed with such transaction. In case a business transaction is completed, you agree that any information may be transferred to the corporation that owns Servicely App or the relevant part of it in order to carry its business. A "business transaction" includes, but is not limited to, a reorganization, merger, purchase, sale or other acquisition or disposition of a corporation or any of its assets.

In case we are required to comply with applicable law and regulations and lawful requests or orders or if it is otherwise permitted by law (i.e., protect and defend our rights, situation that threatens life, health or safety, etc.). We also disclose anonymous and aggregate information to certain third parties for research, product development or other business purposes. For instance, we may share information with Servicely agencies to help them analyze and improve their services.

5. Sharing Of Information

Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not provide any of your Personal Information to any third parties without your specific consent. We may share non-Personal Information, such as aggregate user statistics, demographic information, and Usage Information with third parties. We may also share your information as disclosed at the time you provide your information, as set forth in this Privacy Policy and in the following circumstances:

We may access, preserve, and disclose collected information, if we believe doing so is required or appropriate in the following situations: to comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; to respond to your requests; or to protect your, our, or others' rights, property, or safety. We may also disclose your Personal Information as part of a dispute among Users or between Users and Servicely as well as to an attorney in the process of obtaining legal advice.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we determine upon collection that a user is under this age, we will not use or maintain his/her Personal Information without the parent/guardian's consent. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records. However, in certain circumstances, we may maintain and use such information (in accordance with the rest of this Privacy Policy and applicable law) in order to notify and obtain consent from the parent/guardian and for certain safety, security, liability and other purposes permitted under applicable law. A parent/ guardian can review, remove, change or refuse further collection or use of their child's Personal Information by contacting us as provided above (include child's name, address and e-mail address).

8. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

This mobile application may contain links to other websites or content belonging to or originating from third party or links to websites and features in banners or other advertising. Such external links are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness by us. Under no circumstances will the app be liable to any person or business entity for any direct/ indirect special, incidental consequential or other damages be based on any use of this app or any other app or website to which this app is linked including, without limitation any loss, profit business intrusion or loss of programs or information.

When you visit the Site or using App, we may use industry-wide technologies such as "cookies" (or similar technologies), which store certain information on your computer and which will allow us, among other things, to enable automatic sign-in to the Site, make your browsing much more convenient and effortless and allow us to test user experience and offer you personalized browsing or promotions. By continuing to use this App, you are agreeing to our placing cookies on your Mobile or other device in accordance with the terms of this Policy. The App/ Site uses cookies to collect statistical data about its use, to tailor the Site's functionality to suit personal preferences and to assist with various aspects of App operation.

We use certain reasonable security measures to help protect your Personal Information. However, no electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please note that we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you use the App and provide us with your information at your own risk.

We store your information on outsource servers. If you would like to remove or access any information that we have collected through Servicely App that is stored on our servers, please contact us at support@Servicelyapp.com . On receiving such a request, we will use reasonable efforts to provide you or delete such information.

12. Changes.

Please note, we may change information on the App and/or this Privacy Policy, at any time without prior notice to you, and any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy on the App/site. However, if the revised policy materially changes the way in which Servicely will use your Personal Information, Servicely will use your Personal Information in a manner consistent with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time you submitted the information, unless you consent to the revised policy.
